We work in all types of industrial environments from rail sites, to plants, and foundries. (Unless you are in the office or shop). The shop is large and there is always something different to do. Everyone pulls together to work as a team and each person can impact the department with a positive attitude. When you're having a bad day, there is always someone there to ask what's up. It's a driven family... each member makes an impact.
