Bring in actual qualified people to lead. "Leader vs. Boss" Executive Management needs to be selected that actually knows their job and appreciates others who have been doing theirs successfully. Company should have one culture of thought, not changing across Divisions. Use soap to clean "potty mouths."
Being around the new Division President who doesn't have a clue. Kiss A, or go away... Promotes Team but doesn't show much of it unless she needs your help because she needs to impress Her boss.
