Work Review
Project Manager, Business Analyst, IT Consultant (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZDecember 23, 2013
Wake up and go directly to client(s) instead of the office to perform IT tasks like Network outages, Server & Desktop setup/troubleshooting, Cable Management, or Business Consulting

What I have learned is more IT Project Management skills.

Management Structure is unclear and only contact is made once weekly.

Co-Workers are great when we get to see each other which is rare as we are typically in the field.

The hardest part of the job is the current unknown state of the company. Hire Employee turnover is very high, why do employees keep leaving?

The most enjoyable part of the job is my freedom to plan my own day depending on client requests, but I also like management direction when applicable. I am typically a company man.
Pros
Pay is good but work is not steady.
Cons
Skeleton Crew at the Office, No Growth Potential, High Employee Turn-Over, Unclear management structure.
