The days start early and can end late. It all depends on a particular route day. During the day there are many things to work into each stop and one snag makes you feel like your whole schedule is off. But with time and experience you learn to handle the snags and move forward.

We conduct a pre-employment drug screen as part of our new hire onboarding process. We are regulated by DOT & FMCSA and therefore conduct quarterly random drug screens as well.

A DOT physical is required for individuals employed as Account Managers and District Managers. We coordinate all of the logistics and the facilities are paid for their services directly by the Company. If you have any specific questions about this process, please feel free to call us! All you have to do is apply! Some interviews happen when one of our current team members tells someone about an opportunity on the team and others happen simply in response to someone applying for an open role. We have several medical benefit plans for our employees & their families and we offer open enrollment each year. Our benefit plan year is January - December so our plans may change each year. We also offer Dental, Vision, Life & Disability coverages each year.

Our workweek is Monday - Friday. Account Managers are the position that work 4 day workweeks. The day off during the week varies by individual / assigned route. All Account Managers work on Monday; and some individuals then have either Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday off each week; it depends on the route schedule they are assigned to.
