A pretty good place to work
I think if you are looking for a positive environment with plenty of amazing co-workers and you need a fresh start...this isn't a bad place to start. I personally enjoyed my time there but I cannot overlook that there was an obvious disconnect between upper management and those on the floor. By the time I left most of the acting supervisors had either left or were in the process of leaving. There are limited opportunities to advance within the call center itself unless you plan on becoming team lead or supervisor; however, if you perform well you might be able to move to working with the main client. I also wanted to say that the company does reward those who do their job and are very empathetic. If you ever have any problems I would speak to HR, they do a phenomenal job!

It’s not for everyone
Depending on what team you’re put on your experience may be wonderful or stressful. Getting through training can be difficult but once you hit the floor you will have the support of more experience reps. Also it’s a lot oh shady people in positions of power especially in the QA department but if your comfortable with stroking egos you’ll be fine

Great place with competitive pay
Great place with competitive pay in al aspects of commission, spiffs, contest and other awards. Very fair in how they recognize individuals and promotions are earned from performance which is fair!
