It takes about a week, application interview and drug test.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make TCF Bank a better place to work?
Work on changing the culture making employees come first. Enabling them to WANT to do good work .. this is a bank afterall, and I'd be willing to bet that less than 25% of the employees use any of their services for their banking needs.
I have heard some locations are closing in my area. The staff are either being let go or transferring. Is there protocol for the maximum distance an employee could be transferred?
Not that I know of. Some branches are closing down and some jobs eliminated and the employees were just laid off.
