Two section of the interview. First section was just some basic interview question regarding work history, weakness, strength etc.
Second part of interview was behavioral question. They Ask some scenario question and how you respond you each scenario.

Once you fill out the application and you go in for your interview you meet with the manager and then the assistant manager of the branch. They each ask you a series of questions then send off your background check to be cleared if you are offered the job.
