Awfully long and not consistent hours. 10 plus hours on the busiest days to make up for a shorter day on Saturday. Only a 30 minute lunch and no other breaks allow at the branch I was at. Worse hours then when I was waiting tables.

It is a very controlled atmosphere and there are not enough stations dedicated to disabled personnel. They try to foster a team/family culture but it falls down on many levels. While you are taught to listen to and empathize with the customers I feel that management does not do the same with employees. Employees are not happy there for very long. There is a huge turnover at all times.

Yes. Not great if you only work 20 hours weekly for STD or FMLA. 30 hours and over are better. You still have the option to have a 401k and all insurances. You also get PTO
