I went in for a interview on February 15th and was there about 30 mins interview went great was told it may take a couple days to get a call back but they call me the same day told me i was hired since the back ground checks take a while i started February 26 now I'm in training and my training is 8 weeks so it wasn't that bad

Relatively quick process. First round of interview on campus or by phone then second round in the offices with 4-6 people from the team. Within a couple of days, an offer is extended to the candidates selected.
