Stop lying to them about the amount of time they have to complete their task, treat them like men not disrespectful, from ego driven superintendent, be honest with the hands, production and money come before everything, the whole family first thing is a complete lie
Take a interest in there workers and be less self absorbed they are too egotistical.
Sometimes management forgets what its like to be in the field or have never been in the field.I suggest you start requiring them from time to time to work in the field this way they can get a sense of what we go through.quit giving them these big bonuses and us field personnel pennys,thats where the greed starts.also find real qualified people to manage departments not like you did in 2012 when i left the san antonio office.restaurant department was a joke,bad mistake what you did.
Nothing keep doing what they are doing.
