Customer's that think they deserve to be put before other customers. As well as not being able to disconnect a call on a customer that is putting you down and treating you like you are the cause of the problem they are having. Another issue is the constant change in stats that you are expected to grab a hold of right away or get written up!

Hello! I am a Human Resources Manager at TDS Telecom and I can confirm that employees that are classified as part-time working 20-29 hours/week are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits, in addition to several other benefit offerings (i.e. 401(k), PTO, etc).
