Customer's that think they deserve to be put before other customers. As well as not being able to disconnect a call on a customer that is putting you down and treating you like you are the cause of the problem they are having. Another issue is the constant change in stats that you are expected to grab a hold of right away or get written up!

The interview is a 2 part process. One is a phone interview where they ask you a variety of questions some technical some not. The second part tests your empathy and reassurance to the customer.
