I enjoyed working there until they told me yhe plant is moving to another country.

I enjoyed working there until they told me the plant is moving to another country. Benefits were fair, many really skilled machinists and operators. Plant management changed frequently until they decided to move to Mexico.

Not so good!!

Management is poor overall, especially at this facility. They work you to death promising that there is light at the end of the tunnel! Management does not know what you contribute to the company. You are just a number. Quality is not important to them. It’s all about dollars. The culture is horrible and they will fire you in a heartbeat. The drama is so cancerous! If you want to live in a sense of well being , do not work here. You will be unhealthy!
