When you work at TQS, there's a sense of community. We work hard but we also have fun as a team. Leadership encourages personal development and advancement. They expect a lot but you also get rewarded and appreciation for what you accomplish.

Great culture

The company's core values are key to attracting and retaining great employees.Everyone works hard and plays hard. The company does a great job hosting events that bring all team members together and make them feel appreciated.The company invests in developing and training employees to promote continuous improvement.The company invests in the community and makes Auburn, IN a better place to live.

Great place to work.

Typical day at work is 8am-5pm. We have a campfire space where we enjoy eating lunch together. Most enjoyable part of the job is working with the great group of employees on a daily basis. I enjoy coming to work.

Great people to work with. good hours.

Have a great manager to work for and the culture of this job is different from any other company I've worked for in a good way. Enjoy coming to work. Probably one of the best jobs I've had other then the attendance and vacation policy's.

What is the best part of working at the company?It's a fast, fun work environment and the leadership team cares about their employees. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?With the fast pace sometimes hitting deadlines can be challenging.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Everyone is enjoyable to work with and callaborates to get all tasks completed. What is a typical day like for you at the company? 8am - 5pm with several emails that need to be addressed throughout the day.

TQS is an enjoyable place to work. Most of the management team is sincere and genuinely cares about each team member. High expectations, but you always know where you stand.

Great Culture and Core Values!

I have been with TQS for just over a year. I am challenged daily by my tasks and am constantly learning and growing. I feel a sense of belonging with my coworkers and superiors. The culture is great! Our core values are something that really stood out to me when applying and interviewing for this role. I would recommend TQS to any of my friends and family.

Opportunity

I started working at TQS just out of college to start earning money while I found an established career in my degree. As I worked my way up through hard work, dedication, and following the core values of the company, TQS has given me the opportunity to have a career I desire and enjoy every day. I appreciate all the support from the TQS family at work and in my personal life.

Work hard play hard!

I've been at Team Quality Services for almost 5 years and it is the perfect place to work if you're someone who loves a challenge and strives for continuous improvement. The go-getter atmosphere is contagious and this team continuously crushing goals. The structure this company offers is incomparable. Pay, vacation time and benefits are competitive. If you or someone you know is looking to further their career and interact with awesome people, this is the place to be!

Love working for this company - best move of my career!

The workplace culture is what sold me in this job - the core values this company has deployed throughout their organization are truly lived by and expected from all team members; the very top level to the entry level field members. They strive to make sure the right people are in the right seats to help the entire team be successful at all levels and walks of life. They are also very accommodating to personal life/work balance in my experience. They love to provide many incentives and perks for their team members routinely throughout the year.

Awesome culture, rapidly growing company with family-run business feel

I’ve been with TQS for less than 3 years and have advanced in roles in that time. Compensation is fair, culture is fantastic and allows for work life balance. Despite being HQ’d in a small town, TQS has a global presence and is really driving change in the automotive industry. Management has high expectations but provides the tools needed to meet and exceed them. I would recommend TQS to family members or friends—and that should say a lot!

They live by the Core Values

THIS Can Do, the Core Values summarizedTeam First, the team is there to support you, all of the members are great with the right people in the right seats. If you don't feel you are getting what you need, ASK.Humble Confidence, you know you're good, just don't flaunt it.Integrity, do the right thing, don't play games and leave the drama at home.Self Driven, this is an entrepreneurial company, you better be a self starter or you will get left behind. Can Do Attitude, look outside the box and find a way. I guess what I am saying is that this place isn't for everyone, but if you want a rewarding job and like using your brain to work with the company to grow, you will be rewarded. If you are looking for a place to clock in and clock out with no effort in between, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great new office . Loce the office cats and the set up.Makes it easy to work with all staff and departments.

I have worked for TQS for over 20 years. I have grown with the company and have learned each year. My management has always had my best intrest at heart. When I was ill, the TQS owner was the first person to make sure I was OK and had the best treatment. I will never forget that.

Great and supportive environment

I have really enjoyed working here. The leadership team has the employee's best interests at heart. It's a culture where we work together to get things done and help each other. The benefits are good and allow me to work around my schedule and work from home if necessary.

What is the best part of working at the company?Learning new jobs from top Quality Supervisors. Some of the best jobs and getting to know some great people from other jobs. Let me tell you team Quality has some of the best owners that I have ever met.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?When your about ready to be off work and another job pops up and you have to stay over 4 to 6 hrs becuz they don’t have enough workers to do the job or when your employees start arguing on the job.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Just have to follow the all the safety rules as there employees. Be on time and stay up on the quality procedures What is a typical day like for you at the company?Go into work, do your daily hand exercises then getting all our employees scheduled to there jobs.

Great culture and workplace for people who are self-driven to improve

Team Quality Services is a great place to work for people who are self-driven and continuously strive to get better. There are several opportunities for personal and professional growth and work/life balance is excellent. If you are a highly motivated individual who can work well under minimal supervision, this is a place where you will do very well.

Great company everything else bad

While you have a good company and learn stuff with people you meet. It is very difficult to sit there and have a company say they’re inclusive and they lie about it. I felt very uncomfortable at times when I say stuff. Pay isn’t match anywhere and is below the normal. Benefits are expensive and barely any PTO. Others expect you to get stuff done without proper training and expect you to know what you are doing without full training or don’t have proper access to stuff. Overall it’s a place that will keep you busy for a temp time. They can get upset and be fine the next minute. Very wishy washy and very much give the cold shoulder when in need of help.

Poor management

Claim that the supervisors are the face of the company but dont invite them to Christmas parties! Since working in the automotive industry we always have 2 weeks off the end of the year we'll that's not the case for supervisors! Starting pay is 17 an hour for a inspection supervisor doesn't matter if you're a level 1 or level 2! 50 cent raises every year no incentive nothing!

Working in the field is okay but there is no support from administrators. You're on your own

Manager for my region operated remotely from Canada and I had not met him once in the year I was there. However, the hours were great. Nice balance of work and personal time and no sacrifice of compensation. I found that TQS paid well enough to match what I made elsewhere but was able to do so in only 40 hours. A very good job but you could be terminated at a moments notice. In the company's representative rating system, I scored top third globally and for several weeks ranked number 1 globally. Nevertheless, I was still terminated without a moments notice.

Good Pay, Good PTO

The pay is pretty good for what we do. The PTO isn’t bad either. Those are the only real benefits to working there. Communication is awful. The steady pay increase is a joke! Advancement is non existent! I was rating it from a 1-5 I’d probably give it a 1.75.
