Upper management is at times extremely difficult to work for. Feel a lot of times unappreciated for the work you put in there. Long hours, which a lot of times you can be there be there 12 hours a day.

A typical work day would consist of helping customers, processing bill pays, sales. Management would change hours frequently not allowing maximal 40 hours per week.
