Went down the tubes after it was sold

TeamSoft was a great place to work for a number of years - they valued their office employees and consultants. Then it was sold to Peoplelink Group, and everything went downhill. It want from a company whose employee/consultant satisfaction to being a company where $ was the #1 goal. Nearly all office staff resigned within 2 years, which tells you something.

Teamsoft is mostly great but not all the placement companies are

The management of your job is great but be careful where you allow them to place you. I’ve been on a pay freeze for 3 years because the company won’t give them more money for my contract so they won’t give me a raise. Very unfortunate and makes you feel not valued.
