Tech elevator is a for profit education program

Over the last year the company has changed drastically - multiple rounds of layoffs, pay cuts, bonus cuts, no raises etc. Two years ago it was a great place to work - profits are the priority at tech elevator.

They are doing great things for students interested in coding. People have left the company because the upper management doesn't listen to them and doesn't value them.
