A good place to work for someone who wants to learn about Recruiting business.But you have to be able to work independently - no held hands by Seniors or Management. Minimal training would be provided for entry-level Recruiters/Sales.

Work/Life Balance, management have good understanding of how important family is for some people.
Cons
Very bad commission structure.
