Last stop before you find something better. Unless you believe in management.
Everything (Current Employee) –  Terre hauteApril 4, 2018
This place is a good starter job that is it. Management sucks they just barely train you for anything. The environment in the plant is joke. It's always rush and get everything done for the day and you don't get breaks, you have to eat at the machine where's it is dirty. And if your lucky you will get one of the good trainers. If not your sol and more like be fired before the Year is up.They work you like dogs even when it's 130 degree in the plant. T
Pros
Nothing really
Cons
No breaks, no breakroom ml

Machine Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) –  Corona, CAJanuary 7, 2018
Management has no experience at all. Always pressures you to take on work loads out of your scope of work. They promise a lot of things but never able to keep their promise. Expect to never get a raise. Management is a bunch of idiots.
Pros
None
Cons

Great job only when there's great management
Lead Machine Coating Operator (Former Employee) –  Corona, CAAugust 9, 2017
worked here for almost 7 years. Started as a Helper and ended up as Lead Coater Operator. But when management was rearranged the warehouse became a stressful place to work. The job became very unpleasant. The employees there are hard workers and the management just did not appreciate the amount of work we did because the pay was unreasonable and very little raises. We were very very under staffed. I would work here again if the place had great management like in the good old days. I was fortunate but everyone else was not.
Pros
overtime, job security, unlimited coffee, shoe voucher, weekends usually off
Cons
hardly any raises, under staffed, they don't hire management within, poor training, no uniforms

Operator (Former Employee) –  Miamisburg, OHJune 30, 2017
Technicote would definitely not be my first pick for a job. Although I had fairly nice while I was there, I did see a lot of issues in other parts of the plant. The place is poorly managed and has no loyalty to their employees. Stability is a key factor for not recommending this place for a job. Sales have declined drastically through competition and customer conflicts. It seems that there are some plant managers that do not even know how to do their own jobs. They rely heavily on others to the jobs for them. I guess the only good thing about the company are the employees who make the place run. Favoritism has a lot to do with what you can get away with there also.

Fellow employees

This is better than no job at all and that is how you will be treated.
Operator (Former Employee) –  Terre Haute, INJuly 10, 2016
Not a pleasant workplace. Management more concerned with themselves rather than customers and personnel. Employees tend to work as a team although there are those who prefer to condemn others rather than participate. In general this is not a good workplace. Hot, no breaks and the equipment is poorly maintained.
Pros
Decent pay
Cons
Benefits and work conditions have gone downhill as management progresses

Shipping & Receiving Manager (Former Employee) –  Miamisburg, OHMarch 15, 2015
Typical day at work was process all client records, checked clients on a walk-in basis. Data Entry of evaluation forms on clients. Management was medium, there were to many bosses telling you what to do and what not to do. Co-workers were great I got to meet a lot of great people. The hardest part was understanding the Deaf when they came in for there appts. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning to do some sign language.
Pros
Lunchtime, and breaks
Cons
Not enough vacation, sick leave, or insurance

Productivity and moral depended on office mood.
Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Corona, CAJuly 16, 2013
Most days were very routine but in the event something went wrong, there was a lot of finger pointing done by supervisors and other office workers. I learned to handle and take care of problems as they arose. My coworkers and i had a very understanding, productive relationship. More a team because of our up front personalities. The hardest part of the day was the beginning because of a mess or poor work left by previous shift. The most enjoyable part of the day was after lunch because we had our rhythm and the rest of the day would go smoothly.
Pros
Monthly lunch-ins for profitable months
Cons
Politic based management sometimes turned workers against eachother
