I joined them when they had an explosion of growth, but they over-compensated and their business model was bound to stretch and break - like a rubber band. I was lucky enough to get a promotion before the elastic effect, but everyone worked in fear up until their 90-day review; it was a magical number for everyone, as passing this threshold meant you - more ... were officially hired, could receive benefits, and your job was secure due to seniority - this just meant that they would fire the newbies first.

ProsWork environment had techy, Google feel... there were monkys.
ConsConsidered a plebeian and had no access to the perks of the job, You were subjected to use a separate back entrance to stay out of view, Business structure was aggressive towards employees and impossible to maintain.
