Good pay, however they did not communicate very well and almost felt like you might be let go or fired every day. They also discouraged speaking to the company we were working for and at times felt like they wanted to keep us in the dark.
Good contracting company with some benefits. Its flexible, tgey are responsive, it would be good to have PTO and holidays. They do offer money if u sign up for benefits, but I never got it.
If you are focused, intentional and do not require hand holding this is the place to be! The commission structure is the best in the industry. The back office support is stellar! The credentialing team is best in Nation!! You do have to be pro-active and positive to win. Anything you set your mind to can be accomplished and rewarded! I'm a Talent Manager and work with the most amazing Client Managers in the industry.
Make your own schedule
TEEMA has a great model if you are seasoned and motivated - work from home, run desk as you believe it should be run, support available if and when you need it. Many of the best recruitment professionals in the business are here. You have to be proactive and establish relationships. Great commission model. If you need to be managed or motivated, this is not the place for you.
Impressive colleagues, remote work, independence
Company is commission only but they mislead you on pay ours they tell you that you receive 40% on a deal as a recruiter but the percentage is actually much lower and they will tell you in the interview about all the support you will get for job posting (no resources unless you pay for them out of youe own pocket) they tell you that you will have partner support (my partner checked in with me about once per month for about 5 minutes when I reached out for help or support - none was provided just excuses about lack of resources provided by the company, made excuses about misleading info on payment and percentages, never provided anything of value), existing client managers do not need additional support and will not work with new recruiters - partner will tell you to smooze them and beg if you have to in order to work with them)
Great Worklife Balance
Low pay, Misleading about pay and support, Lies about success
It's best if you are a client manager as you have WAY more control. If you are a talent manager, you are at the mercy of the client managers. While it's a good company, you have to form your own company to do business with TEEMA. There is training you do on your own plus weekly training at the beginning. If you are great at pounding the phones non stop, you will make it. Phones, phones, phones.

Good work environment
Remote commission only positions. Very hands off management, never even met my manager. No coaching. Better off working independently but this is a great way to get there.
