Worked for this company for years with no meaningful career advancement. When pushed, upper management says current position is needed more. Pay does not scale with experience, loyalty to company, hard work and effort, or cost of living.
Benefits offered have gotten better lately.
Corporate is very detached from workforce and does not give clear direction for the future of the company. The company expects a lot from employees but does not give much in return. Managers seem confused when good people quit to find more appealing jobs.
There is a lack of accountability in some individuals in upper management and a specific person in HR. Those in corporate and upper management believe their opinion is worth more even if it is a subject outside of their expertise, even though they may be speaking to an employee who specializes in that subject. I'm sure that is relevant in many companies, however.
Tegra should focus more on the morale of their foundation employees that keep the company running rather than bolstering their management and director ranks. No one wants to read the mass email about some stranger that just got hired above them that they will never meet.
