Great if you're young
While the company touts a hypergorwth environment with growth, the reality feels like you need to fit the age and look they want to grow. I am not aware of anyone over 45 having any growth in my department. The pay is low for the actual job, but the health benefits are outstanding. No 401K match at thgis time. If you want a work/life balance, it is on you to enforce that balance, which is doable. There us NO career development provided and there is little interaction with your direct manager and less if you go above that level.

Tekion provides a forward thinking culture that is supportive and hard working. There's an expectation of accountability, but I feel employees are rewarded for successes and can grow with the organization. There are great things happening and many happy employees along for the journey!

Terrible place to work. Management is very poor and do not care about their employees needs or what they want.
Tekion is not a place to work if you want to be judged and not trusted. You can show them all you want how trustworthy you are and they will still let you go because they do not trust anyone. Management is very poor and will not check on you unless they think you did something wrong. Do not take this jobs unless you want to travel 100% and be away from your family as they require weekend travel with no extra pay. They also do not allow you to have independence as you will be stuck at the hotel at night unless you take an Uber or Lyft. Overall, I would rate this company a 1 out of 10
