A typical day at work would require three licenses. RN, LPN or a social worker.
The job is intense and closely monitored with little guidance on the newest memo and what to expect. There seems to be an ever changing direction as to how perform the job.
The direct care are nice to work with and strive to provide the best care for the patients. - more...
