Telephonic Surveyor and State Courthouse Line Rep (Former Employee) –  Rio Piedras, PRMarch 14, 2017
When you go in to work you have to connect to the computer automatically, jobs are mostly only part time for the majority of the people. Hours are not enough for anyone, also, you have to meet a certain amount of quota for the surveys on the phone which make the company a lot of money but only make you $7.25 an hour in Puerto Rico which is the federal minimum wage. Management is always asking for more even when you have met your quota for the day but there is no compensation for additional surveys finished. Most of the surveys are boring and too long, people don't really want to finish them and employees have to be coming up with ways to make the person stay on the line to finish the survey.
Pros
learn how to control a call and conversations
Cons
poor computer system, poor job conditions, not even a cubicle for each employee

Management quite doesn't understand the type of project. A telemarketing business managing a Child Protective Services hotline. Lot of pressure to finish calls within allotted time which in most cases is imposible.
Pros
good teamwork

bad facilities
