They keep their interpreters paid extremely low, do not care one bit about additional certifications and experiences. Then, and my case is no exception, they never appreciated the extra hours and times when I have taken calls from their clients in off-hours. naturally, even though I had a long, well documented history of absolutely glowing remarks by both customers and Limited English proficiency individuals, then never ever bothered acknowledging the really hard work I have performed for them. Countless times their arrogant, snotty, conceited and plain ignorant client has yelled at me, using profane language and demonstrating VERY UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. When I complained - "Shut up and suck it up" and then they excluded me from phone calls for weeks on end.
