Call center job with fast paced work environment. No help from the trainers when training except two of them, the day service trainers go through things so fast, and when you mess up or make a mistake, you get written up.

Work every holiday...mandatory Does not follow the labor laws with their employees Management is horrible The owner doesn’t engage with the employees just threatings the employees through emAils and vulgar language and derogatory comments
