TRANSCRIPTIONIST (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – November 14, 2017
This is a good company to work for as a stay-at-home mom, but the pay does end up being less than $8/hour when you factor in how long it takes to get calls and transcribe them. The low hourly rate might be worth it to your family though because it is fairly flexible.
Office Manager (Former Employee) – Taylorsville, UT – August 10, 2017
Very laid back environment. Frustrating at times but low stress. Great people to work with. Growing in a competitive market while working to improve systems and solid procedures. 90% of the employees work from home so it is great for stay at home Moms who want to earn a reasonable wage.
Benefits for full time employees, great co-workers, competitive pay for the market
No HR, Policy and Procedures, low productivity, lacked tech support for customers
