Just didn’t like the hours. Good pay and the trainers were pretty nice and helpful as well. They had a good environment and everyone was nice

The place was not a good place to work. My computer crashed daily and they were only about sales. Training was not based on job you are doing. No one wanted to help unless you was making a sale

Not too bad, people is awesome. Sometimes you're overwhelmed by the calls but it’s ok. Metrics are achievable if there’s a commitment to do well, it’s all about work ethic and discipline.

Supervisors will belittle and micromanage you. HR does not respond when you need assistance. This is the worst company I worked for. I would never recommend.
Customer Service Agent in New York, NY
on May 18, 2022
If you are willing to waste your life as a customer service agent with no job security and with no-decent salary, then this job is for you, but these kind of jobs are way better than working as a cashier or cook at a fast food restaurant
