Our work consisted of helping our members. We took calls about medical claims, interacted with doctors on behalf of our members, answered questions regarding benefits, authorizations (medical and prescriptions), you name it, we did it. It was very rewarding when we could help someone who needed help, especially regarding their health, or the health - more... of their loved ones. As far as the work culture and environment, I moved two hours away and commuted back and forth for three months. They did alright with the bonuses, but the money wasn't THAT good.
