Sad to have witness the treatment of the new employees at this Company. I am a retire supervisor from Amex in slc utah. Unfortunately I saw it all. After a family member finished the training the told this person that they were reviewing his tardiness and they never went back to the person. Even after the employer try many times to speak to 1hr there was always a reason as to why he couldn't. Is worrying to see how the he person ignore him. I believe that they lost a great employee. Hope that all of the complaints are review and that they in slc utah get some management trainning. Thanks
