First you take a typing test then a grammar and customer service on both tests you have to get 20/25...then you go for the 1st interview where they ask you a couple of scenarios and then you wait for the second interview the manager ask you basic the what does customers service mean to you questions then you go back to the hall wait for the lady at the desk to give you a offer when you get a offer you go back to the computer room and accept the offer and fill out your information then they give you a drug test in the back room after the that if you pass you sign a papers

Treat your employees the way you want to be treated. Realize that you are management in the eyes of agents not the supervisors. When someone tells you they are ready move how, train them, teach them, help them. Instead you find reasons to get them to either quit or term them out

It depends on the campaign you’re assigned to . The girls next to me got assigned to humana i believe and they got an oral swab drug test. I got assigned to Apple , never received one .

The only reason that I would leave, that I left Teleperformance was because I had no other choice. Forces outside of my control within my personal life dictated that I move away from where they have branches available. And unfortunately, I have as of yet to find an opening in their work from home division.

You can work as many hours as you want. Even when you are part time, you can still do overtime and as much as you want or need too. You just have to look for the people who want you to cover for them or your coach/supervisor and they will help you schedule overtime. There is overtime almost everyday too. The least you can work a day is 4 hours.

Casual. Jeans with no tares in them. T-shirts without anything offensive on them. Leggings were fine as long as they were work appropriate, no flip flops and no pajamas.
