First you take a typing test then a grammar and customer service on both tests you have to get 20/25...then you go for the 1st interview where they ask you a couple of scenarios and then you wait for the second interview the manager ask you basic the what does customers service mean to you questions then you go back to the hall wait for the lady at the desk to give you a offer when you get a offer you go back to the computer room and accept the offer and fill out your information then they give you a drug test in the back room after the that if you pass you sign a papers

Work from home is easy to get hired.. just apply online and they will reach out to you if they feel you have the potential to become employee and employee. If hired the pay is 11 or 12 an hour and most equipment is shipped to you from the company. They also have multiple clients. I will update soon.

You are there for hours as if you were applying for a job with the CIA. The applicants applying for this job need to go back to school to learn proper English.

I had an interview scheduled for 11am, I didnt leave until 3pm. I wish they would have told me in advance it was going to take that long. I almost had to leave. I took a grammar & computer parts test. Then after passing that I took a typing test & filled out the online application. Then I interviewed with a recruiter, took a personality assessment, and then interviewed with a floor manager. I was hired on the spot but I must pass my P & C test to be licensed to sell insurance. So essentially the job offer is tentative upon passing the licensing exam.
