You get an annual performance review at the end of the year; pay raises are nothing to write home about. In my experience, raises can be a few cents more each year regardless of whether or not you do everything right, work at high level of professionalism or continuous put out exceptional work, you will still get a small raise which is an insult. I don't dislike management or even my job, just being honest from my experience of working at this company for several years. So, why do I torture myself, good question.
Typical there is a annual performance review however, the raise is only change ten cents or less. That's an insult for all the work tou complet
Annually but its typically only a few cents
