It is a good place to work. The training process is horrible. The only training one week, They want you to be an expect with so little time of training

Worst place I have worked. Training unhelpful. Poor system settings and compensation poor. Overall worst sales position I have seen! I have sold for other companies before and leadership is key!
Telvista for Berizon Tech Supprt in Dallas, TX
on August 4, 2021
I did training with Telvista for Verizon Technical Support and I liked training at first. I made it to nesting out of many others. However, once it came down to getting on the phone to take calls, you realize that you have to have a strong core to deal with the customers because they are rude and you’ll most likely deal with a customer who has been put on hold for several minutes/hours at a time and you deal with the aftermath. They try to desperately keep you but don’t get enough training to be prepared for what exactly it is that you have to do. At least you get paid a week after you start training.

productive work place and room.to grow in the company and I love the job. You made friends and people were so friendly and the job was easy and you assist people with trouble shooting on their cell phone .
Analyst in Remote

It's a great place to work for. People really care about you and respect you. Work life balance is ok but may be because of the remote it is. Overall a good place but pays less
