Great place to work. Colleagues are supportive of your work. Lots of changes in the upper level management. For the most part it doesn't affect the employees but constant changes leads one to feel that a long term strategy is necessary.

Great people and great work environment. There are ups and owns wherever you work, but it is very bearable here. Easy going staff, not too serious. And you can't beat the tuition remission.
