Nightmare !!!

Run the other way. The attitudes of everyone at the agency is horrible. yes the pay and all other factors are great, horrible at communicating with staff

Stressfull and not organized

Machines are constantly breaking down. No proper order in the delegation of works assignments. Lack of inter personal communication between managers and supervisors. Patience level with new employees is lacking

Working for a temp agency is great because you can pick and choose what days you want to work , where you want to work and also choose how much you what to be paid .

Very supportive Management Team

I've met some great people who are encouraged to grow their careers and help you achieve your dreams of financial freedom. They allow 30-60 min lunch breaksI worked alot of landscaping jobs which were great for networking I managed to set up many side contracts which later proved to be highly profitable

A cool place to work

I love working though temp work just want permanent workspot they give you diff o opportunities to try new things. They give new opportunities. But no benefits no rise I just try to find a good job that has a decent pay with benefits

very flexible

I work like a third party and have a flexible schedule. Work is simple as a health screener. Hardest is gaining priority over assignments if you have limited availability.

Very slow paced and unorganized

This agency works very slow in finding jobs and keeping us in work. It’s hard to get in contact with them because they’re so called “busy” and I just think they could do so much better as an agency that barely wants to pay

Great

It’s a great environment , great people and everything’s just great. You can learn a lot and if you aren’t sure about working here just do an internship. It’s a nice cozy office and everyone is friendly.

TemPositions is TERRIBLE - The Client is TERRIFIC!

Poor communication about job assignments; for weeks I replied that I was available to what they offered and heard nothing back. Finally they asked me if I had "attended;" and I had to say attended WHERE, report to WHO? I was given no instructions where to go, etc. They finally gave me an assignment, it was Awesome, the client is terrific and wants to hire me permanently. And then, I didn't get PAID! Took 4 WEEKS to sort it out. Another Temp waited 3 MONTHS to get paid. Things went great for a few months and sure enough, I didn't get paid again today. I'm done.

Just Another Temp

You will make your hourly money. But that's about all I would expect. I was there for 2 years and never got any offers to hire on perm. If you just want to work day to day and be right where you were yesterday, that's what you'll get.

Productive and understanding

Fun and productive and supportive work culture really makes it worthwhile. Communicate with other departments to ensure safe housekeeping and higher outputs. Time stamped record keeping for waste reduction and better overall efficiency.

My coordinator always listened and understood just what I was looking for..

It was a pleasure working there, opportunities were readily available.. benefits were good ,. Team work was good. Hours I needed were always available..

Unorganized

Very unorganized. The Coordinator doesn’t reply to emails or texts. Therefore missing out on job opportunities. Do not recommend. They don’t send out enough job opportunities. Also lowest paying agency

It is a great agency. Excellent management and customer service. Had a great experience working with TemPositions even though it lasted only a month. But this is actually a great company for those who are looking for temporary jobs.

Worst play to work

You don’t work for 40 hours. If you go with the driver you work for 8 hours or 10 hours. When you don’t go with the driver the pay for 4 hours. You stay to clean the warehouse

I like working for temp place cause I got to do alot of diffent jobs an got to lean new sckills I can build anything an do any kind of meanchine work I can run any kind of power tool an or air tools
