If you have experience......
Sales Assistant (part-time) (Former Employee) – San Diego, CA – March 22, 2018
Pros: If you just got your RE license and do not know anything about real estate whatsoever, go for it. At least it'll pay back your licensing fees. $12/hr, no drama, no 3 rounds of interviews ranging from the VP to the CEO, etc etc. If you live at home with mom and dad or your spouse brings home the serious six figure bacon and you have nothing else better to do than to take on a part time gig with TempsPlus.
Cons: If you have experience don't bother. I've been in resale for about 10 years, haven't sold anything in a while and thought it would be a good way to get reacclimated to RE. Never broke 24 hrs a week there and I know how to sell. Usually get scheduled out about 16 hours a week, 2 days at one of their communities with Temps Plus, thats about $192/wk before taxes. I'm a people person and I don't like idling very much during the work day.
If you have absolutely 0 experience in RE, good way to get some builder experience.
Minimal hours, low pay. You'll be scrambling to cover your living expenses.
