Not a bad company

It's easy to apply, customer service is quick and efficient with answering general questions about your schedule/pay. You can also work for your family members so getting paid to help them out is always a plus. The negatives of the job is related to who your direct hire is

I deal with one elderly client. I helpher in the morning with her shower. I prepare her breakfast and lunch. Clean her apartment, go food shopping and take her to doctor’s appointment. Pay is decent, very flexible hours and I can work full time or part time

Very very hard to get paid and communicate with Tempus.

It seems Massachusetts has given an exclusive business relationship to Tempus. Now it can take a week, and sometimes even two or three to get paid. The troubleshooting time is exhorbitant. You can expct to spend at least an hour on hold... and when someone answers, they have no answers at all. The quality of this company has decreased exponetially with the new system (whatever that is).

Decent Job

This is a decent job if you want flexibility and love caring for the elderly. I find my job as a home health aide very rewarding, but can difficult to get in contact from anyone from the office.

Good pay but sometimes you have to wait to get paid

The pay is great, flexible schedule, you can request days off and they’ll give it to you.. Only issue is you get paid every two weeks and you might not get pay on time, I had to wait two weeks just to get paid from the previous two weeks.
