I can only speak for Louisville Brush. Get rid of current Manager, Engineer and Material Controller, they are inept. Hire a Manager, Engineer and Controller with proven, verifiable Lean Manufacturing experience. The current Engineer has absolutely no clue what Lean is and doesn't want to, the Manager doesn't care, and the Material Controller has never been able to do his job.
It's all about $$$.
