Very good benefits as in healthcare options, 401k, was gave a $100 voucher once year for steel toed shoes.

The normal government enforced. They are poor benefits. They do pay alot for the positions but give you bad cheap insurance. They need to pay you less and give you better insurance... we also got bounses for not having injuries "recordables" they say publicly to report any injury but when you do they do not document all.
