It depends on who the patient is making the claim on whether or not they will be fired. But in reality no one gets fired but a lot of people quit because allegations just get swept under the rug.

Long hours. The computer would crash and the admissions and meds still had to be done. Management would leave at 5p and you would be forced to just deal with it. Your family and life was always considered to be second to Paris Healthcare.
