A typical day at Tensar starts with morning meeting, then returning to the lab to checking equipment to ensure working properly. Then going out on the plant floor to check each line for spec accuracy on product production. Documenting my finds and in some cases taking pictures to support my finds to include with my shift report when there are issues that management needs to see. I collect any available samples and return back to the lab to test them. I input my shift report and all pictures to management. Then start testing samples. This process is repeated 3 times throughout my shift. When I have no more samples to test I go out on plant floor to monitor what's going on to ensure that no samples or developing product gets miss by lab. All tested product gets put into Oracle for certification. Then a higher up QC personnel uses my test results to create the COA that is required to ship all products.

Tensar responded to COVID-19 With providing employees with mask Gloves Installed temperature station that a mandatory before entering plant. Hand sanitizer and bleach at all work stations Testing all essential workers never happened. Testing were required if the thought you might be infected with the virus. To my knowledge no Tensar employee has tested positive only employees family members so far.
