The interview process was great, started with the recruiter who really explained the position and moved onto a few group interviews. The recruiter walked me through step by step and she was awesome.
This place is a dream!
Everyone is really happy here and I am happy I took the position here. Yes you have to work hard, but you are paid in awesome commissions.
Love my team and love my leader and manager.
Account Manager in Tulsa, OK
Good work, great culture, not a fit for every personality type
- Treated like an adult and expected to act like one
- Opportunity is not a ladder, but an expansion of role; compensation grows as your responsibilities do
- Open culture that encourages personal growth and is employee-lead
- Dog-friendly office
- No 'CSR' positions
- The 'act like an adult' culture is not for everyone; if you need structure or being told what to do, you may have a hard time with the work
- It can be difficult unlearning toxic behaviors from previous employers that do not respect their employees

CSR - Customer Service Representative in Tulsa, OK
Run for the hills
Ive worked a couple of years at Tenstreet. I am one of the first to show up and one of the last to leave.
I found the management lacking. They claim to promote from within. If you consider hiring from the click they hang out with that would be within. I have a degree and I barley get acknowledged. If they don’t hire one of those they try to hire someone outside and promise all kinds of things they know they can’t back up or produce. When that person leaves because of the conflict of what that they were promised and what they actually got. The management tells every one it wasn’t a good fit and then start the process over again.
If I did not desperately need the insurance I would leave.
I have noticed that they get a lot of quality people that they don’t hire saying. they were not qualified when we all knew it was code for they could not afford to pay them what they deserved and would be a fine addition to the team. If you need to make 50k plus you better be apart of the click or you will not see above 35k.
I could spend time writing a couple more pages explains my situation here
If it sounds like I am unhappy. I am that is why I say run for the hills.
Business Development Representative in Tulsa, OK
Tenstreet culture was incredible. Everyone is extremely friendly and it creates a very fun and laid back environment. I personally would not work there again, but that is because I did not enjoy the business development work. Cold calling was not my gig and there was no opportunity for advancement.
