-Have to take on various positions but compensation is not enough. -No additional benefits besides health insurance & Tentrr Trips -I love the service we provide and how amazing it is to get people outdoors! -Room for growth and expressing ideas -Structure/culture of the company needs to change

Unfortunately, I worked for Tentrr for almost a year. During the hiring process Tentrr knows how to reel you in. They say the things you want to hear, but when you ask for the things you need they quickly shut you down. Per my experience, you’re still working when you clock out at this job. Your coworkers message you constantly as well as customers. I watched several hard working employees never receive the praise or compensation they desired or deserved. The employees at Tentrr bend over backwards for this company only to receive NOTHING. Management takes vacation often while employees are struggling. The management team is rude, disrespectful, and unorganized. Seriously, save yourself the headache. This company is not willing to support their employees.

I worked for tentrr and the environment was terrible. The management team is overbearing and my coworkers were not qualified or motivated to do the tasks at hand. Save yourself the headache and don’t work for Tentrr.

I have learned a great deal from working at Tentrr so far. I had not a lot of prior job experience before working at Tentrr and I was able to gain so much knowledge about the way companies work and how to best attack situations. I had a lot of help and support when I was first training so that I felt very comfortable to ask questions. I also had a lot of medical appointments and they were very understanding about them if I had to schedule them during the work day!

Tentrr is quite the unique spot as we are grinding all together to achieve maximum results but also having fun along the way! A true sense of camaraderie within teams makes work feel less like work but rather a team working towards an end goal. I feel like I learned an immense amount of skills during my time and was given room to grow myself and further our companies goals.
