  • Pay my employees better for the hard work they put in working 6/7 days a week

  • Slow down, concentrate on making sure cars get detailed correctly, get paid the right wage NOT by car.

  • Treat the employees as workers and not slaves. I will make sure the person has detailing experience being everybody likes about being a detailer and just washing a car.. theres a big diffrence

  • Allow all employees to be treated fairly
