You should be more involved in what's going on. You have a huge company and you let good guys slip away for no good reason.

Managers should respect their employees, if their their busting their butt on doing their job!
Hire a national trainer with long term experience that actually understands the reconditioning process. Implement an identical process for every store. Streamline expenses by eliminating redundant chemicals/materials. Teph Seal has a great plan that dealerships really need, but for whatever reason input from those with working knowledge is ignored. Get back to basics. As a former employee I say this with sincerity.
Don't give gang bangers wannabes
Please just treat the teph seal employees better and with more respect and change the way they get paid. I've work with new people and ones who have been there for awhile who have no idea how the payment plans work or get screwed out of jobs they have done make the scanner more secure and don't allow managers to have access to change other employees jobs that have already been done I had a manager who had access to the scanner program or was able to look up our history of the jobs we did and could change it to his name so he would get paid for it. The ONLY people who should be able to look up work history or change it are GM's and higher ups beyond the GM's.
