I would ensure that their is sufficient staff on the Alzheimer’s unit (50) bed unit.

It took me about a month of working with them to even get close to working FOR them. It was not worth the effort!

Granted we are in the midst of a Pandemic, I understood, agreed with, and followed precautions as directed the best I could. The initial interview was great, over the Zoom app. However, the process of getting hired involved so much unpaid effort and coordination on my end. I felt very disregarded, and this resulted in me not accepting the position after going through most of the hiring process. I felt extremely discouraged by the lack of communication between staff members, and the lack of clarification between staff members and myself. I also felt like hiring staff was talking down to me at the on site physical. Overall, it felt unprofessional, rushed, and I felt that too much was expected of me before I was even being compensated.
