The company needs a reality check. Sweat shops went out a long time ago. 12 hour days and low pay is not gonna keep anybody good. Temps temps temps equals no experience and bad quality.
Mean what they say and do what they say. stop giving up quality for production. I saw this firsthand with defective fiberglass, bad steel, calking bad welds, patching wrong drilled basket shaft holes with just another fiber bearing over the original....just basically don t care about employees, customers and certainly safety in plant and safety with the finished product.
Actually care about their team members the management is shady and hides all the shop issues
Fire all management who does not have a FULL understanding of their Job description. Hire management from within the company. Ex: Train employees who have demonstrated a strong work ethic and a solid understanding of the warehouse duties to become managers.
Listen to the team members and change the culture of not holding team members responsible for mistakes
