Get rid of the commission pay scale for technicians.
Restructure OSP pay plan. Close down the call center. When people call with an issue, they want to speak with a live human being immediately. They want their issue solved right then, not later waiting on someone to call them back. Also, the call center creates lots of havoc with posting wrong customer names, address and or phone number information along with shoddy leads that when called, the people are not even wanting or know about us coming out to their home. Allow OSP's to create their schedule instead of the call center who double and triple book appointments that need to be rescheduled in order to get done.
