Good in values- bad in practice

At my interviews TESARO described itself as a cutting-edge, fair, and egalitarian workplace. After working there for a few months after their stock price declined and they were getting sued they became a lot more fault-find of my work and of the work of others. The benefits are certainly generous, and when times are good for a biotech like this they're really good, but when things got difficult I saw cut-throat politics.
