Older members of staff are entitled and think they can get away with more stuff as they have been working for the company for longer amounts of time .

The managers are nice, you work to meet targets you will be left alone. Good work life balance, although this depends what department and manger you get.

No work/life balance If you like team working There is a lack of motivation as it is very repetitive Pay rises less Expect you do the same job as manager but for less money
Cashier/Customer Service Assistant in Telford
on July 10, 2022
Management was never supportive, you don’t get the chance to progress unless you are willing to work ridiculous hours and you have a hand in managements pocket. You don’t get paid for the first 3 days of any sick time. Overall not a place to work at unless you want a broken spirit
Customer Service in Preston, uk

The company do not care about you or your needs they will take everything from you and give nothing in return! The pay is also terrible, the managers have a god complex! Avoid.
