I enjoyed the culture and what this non-profit does for the community and giving back to the people. I've enjoyed even meeting the clients that comes into the facility.

dying company
Tesh chaged alot in the time I was there it started out as great place for people to gain minor skills and work eithic. now its just about making what little money it still has.

I can’t say enough about this company. The management is so professional yet so caring and the kids are a blast to work with! I look forward to work every day.

not fun, bad management, low salary, racist and homophobic supervisor. if you did something slightly wrong, you get a strict talking to. don't work there!

Poor Management
Butt end of all jokes by redneck boss with no understanding of disabled people. Had no benefits. If you wanted more pay you had to work more hours. And you had to cover other crew when the supervisor was out.
